Billing cancellation and refunds

Before payment

Plan selection is an order request. We confirm phone compatibility, selected scope, customer identity and signer authority, tax treatment and a feasible implementation target. Both parties complete the customer-specific agreement/order before payment. There is no service activation from submitting a request.

Setup and monthly charges

Basic guided self-setup has no base implementation fee; base service is $499 per calendar month. Optional done-for-you base implementation is $500 once. Selected add-ons retain their separately disclosed setup fees, including for self-setup customers. Selected add-ons have separate setup and monthly amounts shown on the plan page and signed order. Applicable taxes are itemized before payment. Extra usage or new paid work requires written approval; there are no automatic paid overages. Quote-only services are not included until accepted in writing.

Recurring billing starts at approved go live

Setup payment does not create an automatically renewing subscription. The first monthly charge is due at written approved Go-Live after testing. Later periods use the agreed calendar-month anniversary or the last day of a shorter month. We obtain separate processor-supported recurring-payment authorization, or use customer-paid invoices. Saving a payment method alone is not recurring consent.

Setup cancellation and refunds

Before Go-Live, refund unearned prepaid service and the setup portion not attributable to reasonable documented work actually performed. If Provider primarily fails to achieve Go-Live within 45 days after complete prerequisites, the signed agreement’s cancellation and refund remedies apply. We do not label the entire setup fee automatically nonrefundable. Provide a breakdown on request; mandatory rights remain.

Cancel anytime before another renewal

Use the secure Stripe billing portal from the Customer Center or email desktopoverflow@gmail.com with your business name and order/invoice reference. No exit questionnaire is required to cancel. We acknowledge cancellation and its effective date. After Go-Live, service ordinarily ends at the current paid-period end and no further renewal occurs after receipt of cancellation. Convenience cancellation does not ordinarily refund an already-started period; provider breach, prolonged material service failure and mandatory law may require a credit or refund. Revoking autopay does not erase properly owed amounts.

Payment problems and billing errors

Contact us promptly about errors. Dispute review does not waive non-waivable rights. We provide written overdue notice before nonpayment suspension and follow the signed agreement’s 10-calendar-day notice period. No undisclosed late fee applies. We coordinate approved fallback where technically available.

Stripe and tax information

Enter payment details only on the Stripe-hosted page identified in your approved payment instructions. We do not collect card numbers in website forms. An invoice/receipt is the payment record; a return-page visit is not proof of payment. Provide valid billing and service locations. A tax ID does not automatically exempt a sale; claimed exemptions require appropriate evidence.

No premature activation

Phone forwarding, calendar access, SMS and other permissions are separate from payment. Customer and Provider must approve the tested Go-Live configuration. The signed Order and DPA control customer-specific scope and processing; publishing this page does not amend existing signed contracts.
