When do I start paying monthly?
We agree on billing timing in your order before collecting payment. The intended workflow is to begin recurring service charges when your approved setup goes live, not when you first inquire.
Can I add services later?
Yes. Add-ons are separately scoped and quoted. Availability depends on compatible platforms, compliance requirements and any usage-based costs.
Will my business phone number change?
Call forwarding, number configuration and routing are part of the setup plan. We verify what is possible with your existing carrier before changing anything.
Can the AI guarantee every booking?
No. Booking depends on configured calendars, availability rules and service requirements. If no booking connection is active, the system can capture the request for staff follow-up.
How do payments work?
After reviewing the proposed scope and signing the agreement, we use Stripe-hosted payment instructions or invoices. Live checkout is activated only when your order is approved.
