SMS Messaging Terms
Status: Desk Overflow's website currently does not enroll visitors in an SMS campaign. These terms describe conditions that will apply if optional business texting is later offered and separately enabled.
Optional enrollment
Text messages require an appropriate opt-in. Providing a phone number in an inquiry form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing texts. Service and marketing message consent will be collected separately when applicable. Consent to promotional texting is not required to purchase services.
Message content and frequency
When active and consented to, messages may include appointment coordination, inquiry responses, service notifications, or separately authorized promotions. Frequency will vary according to the selected program and disclosed use case.
Costs, cancellation and support
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to an active messaging number to unsubscribe and HELP for help. You may also contact us using the contact information on our main website. Opting out of SMS does not cancel a paid Desk Overflow contract.
Customer campaigns
Desk Overflow's business customers are responsible for securing applicable consent from their own recipients. Client-specific texting is not activated until the business identity, sending number, consent evidence, and applicable carrier requirements have been reviewed and approved.
Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy and Website Terms. These terms will be updated with final campaign identity and support details before any live SMS enrollment.
