Cancellation and data exit

For subscriptions, use Stripe’s secure portal to schedule cancellation at the current paid-period end. You may also email desktopoverflow@gmail.com. Cancellation does not require completing the optional data-exit form.

Manage or cancel billing →

Stripe confirms subscription cancellation. For email requests, retain your message and our confirmation. Desk Overflow separately confirms service end, forwarding rollback, export and access revocation. Do not cancel an existing phone carrier before any approved number transfer completes.

What happens next

  1. Verify the requester and account.
  2. Confirm the end date, renewal status and any properly owed amounts.
  3. Arrange approved export before deletion; retention and backup exceptions follow your data schedule and applicable law.
  4. Coordinate routing rollback/number transfer, then revoke named user and delegated access.
  5. Confirm completed actions and any remaining lawful retention.

Exit request

Use your business contact details and the reference supplied by Desk Overflow. Do not submit passwords, tax IDs, card details, customer lists or sensitive caller records. A saved confirmation records your submission; Desk Overflow must verify the reference and authority before action.
