Usage and allowance
No live usage feed is connected to this website. We do not display a guessed balance or imply a tested hard cap. Your actual service-period statement must come from the configured phone/AI platform.
Your plan allowance
Basic: 250 AI-connected minutes per monthly service period. Purchased extra-minute add-on: 250 additional minutes, for 500 total. No rollover. No automatic paid overage. Carrier/AI measurement and exclusions are confirmed in your order.
Before launch
Desk Overflow must verify metering, period boundaries, threshold alerts and the agreed no-overage fallback on your actual account. A public checklist cannot enforce a carrier limit. If a reliable limit cannot be configured, we resolve the scope with you before activation.
Need your statement?
Request the current period’s usage through support. We verify the business contact before returning account information. Usage statements show the period, source timestamp, included minutes, consumed minutes and any approved changes.
